Tiger Tech Squad started as an iPad program that encouraged teachers to utilize a new set of iPads, but the technology innovation group has quickly grown and evolved into much more.

Frenship High School senior, Noah Ivie, wore a GoPro video camera during one of the bands performances back in October. When he posted his video to YouTube, he had no idea that it would serve Lori Dulaney’s elementary school music classes - in Arkansas!

The Frenship Tigers experienced another memorable and successful season under Head Coach Paul Page in 2019-2020 with a 27-4 overall record and an appearance in the Regional Quarterfinals. The Tigers worked through extremely difficult competition in non-district and through District 2-6A.

Tiger Girls Golf started their school year with a big announcement from a senior leader as Lainey Cristan announced her commitment to play at the collegiate level at Loyola New Orleans. The work ethic of a strong core group of dedicated players has led their team to new heights in the 2020 fall season.

The Frenship Tigers travelled to Ratliff Stadium in Odessa on Friday, October 30 to face the Permian Panthers (4-2, 2-1) and Frenship gave Mojo all they could handle. The Tigers held the Panthers’ triple option attack to only 111 yards rushing on the evening and very nearly won a game that was decided by just a few plays.

Frenship Volleyball headed to Odessa Friday, October 30, to take on the Permian Panthers. Frenship made short work of Mojo earning their fifth District 2-6A sweep 25-16, 25-8, 25-18 in another resounding district road performance.

The Covenant Health Foundation and Covenant Children’s Hospital partnered with Frenship, as well as schools across Region 17, to donate over 90,000 gaiter style masks to each and every student.

Kelsie Watts recently performed for the blind auditions round of the singing competition show, The Voice. Her performance turned the chairs of Kelly Clarkson and Gwyn Stefani, but it was Team Kelly that Watts selected.

Frenship has over two hundred students enrolled in choir courses across FHS and the FHS Ninth Grade Center. Within that group of singers, there are six University Interscholastic League (UIL) competition choirs.

Registered voters in the Frenship Independent School District approved a $299.7 million bond on November 3, 2020. The District drew a 59% majority vote from the community with the uncanvassed count at 14,213 votes cast FOR the bond.
