Frenship Girls Track team took home first place and the boys placed fifth at the Lubbock Invitational Track meet at Lowrey Field at Plains Capital Park.

Last weekend Frenship Boys and Girls wrestling teams competed in a Wrestling Quad against Monterey High School, Coronado High School, and Hereford High School at the FHS Ninth Grade Center.

Earlier this week students from Frenship High School and the FHS Ninth Grade Center competed in the Area Unified Track Meet. Overall, the group placed second and are headed to the Regional competition at Lubbock Christian University on April 15.

The Tigers competed in the District Golf Tournament at the Diamondback Golf Club in Abilene earlier this week. Individually four Tigers scored in the top five to secure the overall tournament champion spot.

Congratulations to the six Frenship High School students who competed in various competitions and qualified for the Business Professionals of America (BPA) State Leadership Conference.

Frenship Independent School District is excited to announce the addition of Toree Winchell as the new Frenship High School head volleyball coach.

Frenship Girls Golf competed this week in the District Girls Golf tournament at the Ranchland Hills Golf Club in Midland on Tuesday.

Even after the meet was called off after only 11 events, the Frenship Girls Track team took home first place and the boys were runner-up at the Pirate Relays Track Meet at Lubbock-Cooper.

Frenship FFA was well represented at all the Texas Major Stock Shows by some outstanding Junior and Senior FFA Members.

Both the Frenship Boys and Girls soccer teams will advance to the Bi-District round after defeating Midland High on Senior Night over Spring Break on March 16.
