Frenship elementary and middle schools attended the recent Get Excited About Robotics (GEAR) kickoff event, where they learned this year’s theme, "ROBO Park."

Last weekend, the Girls Wrestling Team brought home the 1st place team win at the Palo Duro Lady Dons Pool Tournament in Amarillo. The Tigers are getting ready for a tough District competition starting this weekend.

At the recent Lubbock County Livestock Show, over 30 Frenship FFA students earned a placement ribbon for their livestock projects. During the subsequent sale, three Frenship High School seniors were awarded scholarships.

The Frenship High School Boys Basketball Team is feeling fired up after finishing the first round of District play undefeated at 6-0. The Tigers are still in the lead for District 2-6A and are eager for the chance to continue the winning streak.

The Frenship Tiger Girls Soccer Team made the trip to Amarillo last weekend to face Amarillo High. The Tigers brought home a sweet victory against the Sandies. Tonight, the Tigers are on the road again gearing up to play Midland Legacy.

In honor of February being CTE Month, Frenship ISD is excited to recognize the highly successful Career and Technical Education programs that are shaping Frenship students’ futures. This week we feature Culinary Arts, Human Services, as well as Education and Training.

The Frenship High School Girls Basketball Team had another successful week in District play. The Tigers added two more wins to their record against San Angelo Central and Midland High. At Tuesday’s Midland High match-up, Abbi Holder set the record for most points scored in Frenship history, surpassing the previous record in the 90’s.

This past weekend the Frenship High School Powerlifting Team hosted the second annual Frenship Tiger Invitational. The Tigers brought their A-game and have several medals to show for it.

The Frenship High School Powerlifting team is hosting the second annual Frenship Tiger Invitational this Saturday, January 27. After a challenging competition at the Dimmitt Invitational, the team is eager to compete on their own turf.

The Frenship High School Girls Soccer Teams is a roll. The Girls competed in the Governor’s Cup Tournament last weekend in Georgetown bringing home two big wins.
