In honor of February being CTE Month, Frenship ISD is excited to recognize the highly successful Career and Technical Education programs that are shaping Frenship students’ futures. This week we feature Information Technology, STEM, and Manufacturing.

The Frenship High School Boys Basketball Team continues to stay on top. This past week the Tigers dominated the Odessa High Bronchos and Midland Legacy Rebels.

The Frenship High School Girls Soccer Team kept their goal blocked against the Midland High Bulldogs and Midland Legacy Rebels. The Tigers are currently in second place for District 2-6A right behind San Angelo Central.

The Frenship Tiger Wrestling Team showed up ready to compete last Saturday, February 3, at the District Tournament in Fort Worth. The Wrestlers brought back home 3rd place and 5th place titles.

Earlier this week 11 students signed their letters of intent to play at the collegiate level. These athletes join the other 13 Frenship Tigers that have signed to play in college next fall.

Across the nation, school districts recognize February as Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, and Frenship ISD is excited to recognize the highly successful CTE program that is shaping Frenship students’ futures.

Last weekend, five Frenship High School band students performed with the Texas Music Educators Association All-Region Jazz Band.

The Frenship Speech and Debate students wrapped up the regular season with a great showing at the All Saints Open Way Invitational Tournament this past Saturday.

Ninth-grade students involved in the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy (CFALA) at the Frenship, visited the Grace Campus on January 19 to deliver the donation for their Do-Good December project.

This past weekend the Frenship High School Pom squads competed in the American Dance and Drill Teams West Texas Championship at Lubbock High School. The Frenship Varsity and JV squads came home with 30 awards and accolades.
