My name is Lenial Stapp and this is my first year to work as an educational aide. I graduated from Frenship Highschool in 1992, from there I was in the restaurant business for a short while and then was given the opportunity to learn to drive a semi-truck in Foodservice. I had always had a goal to be in law enforcement and went to South Plains College and went through the law enforcement academy. I obtained the level of an Advanced Peace Officer and gained a lot of life experience as a police officer, K-9 officer, supervisor and chief of police. I decided to leave law enforcement and try a new career in education and applied at Frenship. I was given the opportunity to be an Academic Assistant/Paraprofessional at the 9th Grade Center. I also have four awesome kids and they to keep me pretty busy.
