Hello, my name is Gerardo Arzaga. I teach Algebra 1 and Geometry at the Ninth Grade Center. I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I earned my degree of Mathematics/Education from Lubbock Christian University.

I am starting my 7th year in education all in the Frenship District. I am also in my 5th year as an Assistant for Girls Basketball/Girls Track and the Freshman Coach at the Ninth Grade Center.

I am happily married to my wife Emily, and we love being a part of the Frenship family. We enjoy our time together with our five dogs, Mia, Paco, Nala, Coco, and Luna.

Before beginning my teaching and coaching career, I attended Cochise Community College and then transferred to Lubbock Christian University where I finished playing my 4 years of collegiate baseball. In my time with the Apache's, I was a part of two World Series appearances, then with the Chaps I was a part of one Division 2 playoff appearance.
