Mr. Duff is a graduate of Estacado High School in Lubbock, Texas, however attended Frenship ISD for grades K-9 and studied with FISD music teachers such as Kathy LeMaster, Candy Sisson, Debbie Payne, and Carl Brown. He received a bachelor of Music Education with a secondary choral emphasis from Eastern New Mexico University located in Portales, New Mexico and holds a masters in Curriculum & Instruction in which his capstone project focused on the male adolescent changing voice. He started his career 11 years ago and has taught in both Tennessee and Texas directing choirs at the high school, middle school and community level. He remains active as a writer and has several articles published in the national American Choral Directors Association Choral Journal, Texas Music Educators Association Journal, and the New Mexico Music Educators Journal. He is excited to once again be a Tiger and is looking forward to working with the FISD choral team and all of the FISD choir students
