At the Texas Music Educators Association Region 16 audition, 100 Frenship band students secured a spot on one of the All-Region bands, comprising 41% of the entire band with Frenship students.

The Frenship Law Enforcement SkillsUSA group embraced the Holiday spirit, as they invited the community to come take a selfie with Santa and the Grinch.

From the basketball court to the community, the Tigers believe in pouring into others. Recently, the team visited the Talkington Boys and Girls Club where they spent the day with children in the community.

The Frenship Girls Basketball team not only brought home the Championship trophy from the Franklin Girls Classic, but they also broke a school record for highest points scored. The undefeated Tigers currently have a 16-0 record for the season.

For the past 11 years, Charlie Pitner has spent the holiday months hosting a coat drive. All jackets and coats donated to Charlie’s Kids-4-Kids Coat Drive go directly to those in the community who need it most. This year, Charlie is hoping to collect even more coats.

Last week, the Frenship Tiger Boys Basketball team won the Gene Messer Classic Tournament. The Tigers are feeling confident as they compete in the CW Jackson Lions Club Classic Tournament.

Frenship FFA students competed in 13 different Leadership Development Events this contest season. Students competing in these LDEs demonstrate their abilities in public speaking, decision-making, communication, and their knowledge of agriculture and the FFA organization.

Frenship ISD is proud to announce Kelsey Taylor, Ninth Grade Center Assistant Principal, has been selected as the 2024 Texas High School Assistant Principal of the Year by the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals, TASSP.

‘Tis the season of giving at Frenship! Three Frenship schools including the Ninth Grade Center, Alcove Trails Middle School, and Oak Ridge Elementary came together to serve the community by collecting jackets for Foster A Life.
