Last year, a graduating Frenship senior created a ‘Caring Closet’ at Frenship High School to help students in need with hygiene products, snacks and more.
Students in the Frenship Engineering program did not want the project to end after last year’s graduation. Instead, they decided to expand the program and open the closet door to students across the district. Thanks to their effort, the Caring Closet is not only continuing, but growing.
Students are collecting hygiene products, non-perishable food items, schools supplies, backpacks and coats of all sizes in order to better accommodate any Frenship Tiger in need. Donations are being accepted in the Engineering classrooms until December 10.
