The Tigers had a very successful race in Canyon last week. The Girls Team came in 1st place, just one point ahead of Amarillo High. The top finishers for the Girls Team were Zyla Deshone in 3rd place with a time of 18:59, Tilly Huerta in 5th place with a time of 20:25, Ashley Griffin in 13th place with a time of 21:06, and Dulce Acosta in 20th place with a time of 21:32.  

The Boys Team came in 2nd place right behind 4A number 1 ranked Canyon High School. The top finishers for the Boys Team were Jacob Dominguez in 21st place with a time of 17:07, Jacob Murray in 24th place with a time of 17:19, Brax Hancock in 27th place with a time of 17:30, and Diego Salyer in 33rd place with a time of 17:40. 

Yesterday, the Tigers competed in the Odessa Invitational at UTPB. Stay tuned for the results.
