Tiger Volleyball Takes Home Two Big Wins

Two back-to-back wins for the Tigers definitely adds momentum as they prepare for District starting on September 22.

“I feel like our offensive connections, our intensity, and our effort all improved this past week,” said Head Volleyball Coach Amy Mangum.

As the games progress through the season, the girls are setting goals to refine their energy to set a strong consistent pace.

“As we get closer to District, we are goal setting for things we need to improve on such as starting well, (we have been getting down every first game), energy on the court early, and being more effective when out of system. Beyond that we want to add to our offensive plays and fine tune several small things such as serve receive, better offensive placement, and more defensive overlaps,” said Coach Mangum
