SkillsUSA is a student-led organization whose purpose is to serve students preparing for technical, skilled and service careers. SkillsUSA improves the quality of students entering the workforce through the development of Framework skills that include personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in academics. Members compete in a series of career driven events that equip and prepare them for life in the workforce.
During the district competition on February 17 and 18, Frenship High School students competed in the Automotive Technology, Law Enforcement, Photography, and Media SkillsUSA contests. The Frenship SkillsUSA students worked hard throughout the year preparing for the contest and were rewarded with various awards and placings.

- State Qualifier Criminal Justice Job Exhibit - Kenzie Escalante, Mattie Rodriguez
- Haley Braddock was selected as a District Officer representing Frenship High School and the Law Enforcement Program. Maddisen Painter was selected as an alternate District Officer as well.
The Law Enforcement students had a great three days of competition and represented Frenship High School by successfully winning all but 1 Law Enforcement event being held. Overall, Law Enforcement had 15 students Qualify to represent Frenship at State.
