The Tigers got an early start as they scored five runs to get the jump on Odessa High.
Coldon Kiser’s double got things going in the 1st inning and Nano Mendoza followed by getting a two-run home run to boost the Tigers 3-0 over the Bronchos.
Later on, Brock Rogers’ RBI in the 2nd along with Carter Estill's solo bomb an inning later all but sealed the Bronchos fate.
The Tigers are clutching the District 2-6A championship as they roll into game two tonight at home. The Tigers will also celebrate Senior Night as they honor the members of the team that at part of the Frenship High School class of 2022.
