Frenship Baseball Closes Out Series vs. San Angelo Central

On Tuesday, March 29 the Tigers played San Angelo Central for the second game of the series. Frenship and San Angelo first faced off back on March 10 during the First Bank Classic Baseball tournament, with the Tigers winning game one, 8-1.

On Tuesday, March 29 the Tigers played San Angelo Central for the second game of the series, but lost in extra innings 2-1.

Saturday's final game against the Bobcats was Frenship's opportunity to take the series. Ryland Morin, Gage Cobb, and Hudson Hutcheson pitched for the Tigers, with Cobb being the winning pitcher. 

Frenship's Carter Estill and Ethan Curbo both had hits, resulting in the single run for the Tigers, helping clinch the win, 1-0 and land the series for the Tigers, 2-1.

The Tigers are back out on the mound on Saturday, April 9 in the always exciting crosstown showdown against Lubbock-Cooper in Woodrow at 1:00 p.m.
