Meet your 2021 Homecoming Royal Court

King Nominees

Andrew Braddock

Andrew has been a Frenship Tiger for the past eight years. He is involved in Frenship High School’s National Honors Society, and is a wide receiver and defensive back for the Frenship High School Varsity Football team.

Andrew plans to attend college after high school where he wants to study to become a drug rep.

Andrew’s favorite “inspirational quote” is, “Anyways…”

Jarrod Hernandez

Jarrod is involved in Frenship’s Bell Crew. He is also involved in the Frenship High School theatre program where he is currently preparing for their Beauty and the Beast performance in December.

Jarrod plans to enlist in the Army after graduation and wants to go into the Special Forces. He says he can’t wait to get married to his fiancé, Vanessa.

Jarrod lives by the inspirational quote, “Doubt kills.”

Orion Luna

Orion has been a Frenship Tiger since he was in Kindergarten! He is currently serving as Frenship’s FFA President and is actively involved in the FFA program.

Orion plans on attending Tarleton University after graduating from Frenship and is hoping to eventually pursue a career in Agronomy.

Orion said he lives by the “K.I.S.S. Method – keep it simple stupid.”

Chad D. Pharies

Chad is the quarterback for the Frenship Tiger Varsity Football team. He is also involved in Frenship’s Basketball team and runs for the Frenship Track team.

Chad knows he wants to attend college after graduating from FHS, but is unsure where. He knows that he wants to major in business.

Chad said he lives by the verse "For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes." - Proverbs 24:16

Grant Phillips

Grant has been a Tiger since Kindergarten, attending North Ridge Elementary, Terra Vista Middle School, and is now a senior at Frenship High School. Grant is the Frenship High School National Honors Society Vice President, the DECA President, a fourth-year member of the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Board, and is the Varsity Mascot, also known as Tony the Tiger!

Grant wants to major in business after graduation in the Spring, however he is undecided about where he wants to attend college.

Grant has a twin brother named Gavin, which makes his favorite inspirational quote even better. “There are two things in life for which we are never truly prepared: twins.” -Josh Billings

Gabryll Pilger

Gabryll became a Frenship Tiger in Kindergarten. He is currently an offensive lineman for the Frenship Tiger Varsity Football team.

Gabryll wants to simply join the workforce after graduating from FHS.

Gabryll said he lives by the Al Pachino quote, “Life is game of inches.”

Austin Poe

Austin has been a Frenship Tiger since the fifth grade. He is currently a Drum Major in the Frenship High School Tiger Band.

Austin plans on going to Texas Tech University next fall where he wants to major in Music Education.

Austin said that the quote he lives by is, “If you’re gonna do it, you might as well have fun!”

Nicholas Robles

Nicholas has been a proud Frenship Tiger since he was in Pre-K. He is currently involved in the Healthcare Occupations Students of America (HOSA) program and the National Honors Society at Frenship High School. He also joined the Certified Nursing Assistant practicum at Frenship High School after hearing about it through HOSA.

Nicholas plans to attend Texas Tech University after high school where he wants to get his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Nicholas lives by this quote from John Lennon, “Time you enjoy wasting was not wasted.”

Jeremiah Washington

Jeremiah has been a part of the Frenship family since Pre-K. He is currently a running back and defensive back for the Frenship High School Varsity Football team. He is also on the Frenship Track team and is part of the Frenship Bowling club.

Jeremiah plans to attend South Plains College after graduation to get his basics and will let the wind take him from there.

Jeremiah’s favorite inspirational quote is, “For a person with no forgiveness in his heart, living is worse punishment than death.” – Mr. Miyagi

 

Queen Nominees

Maddie Brouilette

Maddie has been a Frenship Tiger since Pre-K. She is currently a member of the Frenship High School Varsity Volleyball team, and is a member of the Frenship High School National Honors Society.

After graduation in the Spring, Maddie plans to attend Texas Tech University and then pursue a career in nursing.

Maddie said she lives by the verse, “Whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not unto men.” Colossians 3:23

Natalie Brumley

Natalie has been a Tiger for 10 years. She is very involved in the Frenship High School art program, included painting, drawing, and ceramics. She said she especially loves getting to represent Frenship when competing in art competitions. Natalie is also a member of the Frenship High School National Honors Society.

Natalie wants to Studio Arts, specifically painting, after graduation.

Natalie’s favorite inspirational quote is, “Experience is the name we give to our mistakes.” – Oscar Wilde

Trinity Cotton

Trinity has been a proud Frenship Tiger since her days in Kindergarten. She currently serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for HOSA and is actively involved in her church.

Trinity has already been accepted to Lubbock Christian University where she plans to major in Pre-Med and minor in psychology.

Trinity said she lives by the verse, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 KJV

Addison Dear

Addison has been a Frenship Tiger since she was in Kindergarten. She plans on attending Texas Tech University next Fall.

Addison lives by the James Dean quote, “Dream as if you’ll live forever; Live as if you’ll die today.”

Aalyah Garcia

Aalyah has been a Tiger for the past 11 years. During her time at Frenship High School she has been a part of the Frenship Tiger Varsity Girls Soccer team and is currently very involved in the FHS FFA program.

After graduation in the Spring, Aalyah plans to attend college to study to become an aesthetician.

Aalyah’s favorite inspirational quote is, “If we aren’t meant to have midnight snacks, why is there a light in the fridge?” – Unknown

Ansley Iversen

Ansley has been a proud Tiger since Kindergarten. She is also known as Tina the Tiger, one of two Varsity Mascots. She has been involved in the Frenship Band program for seven years, two of those were served on the Varsity Drumline, and for the past year she has served as one of the drum majors. Ansley was part of the Frenship Tiger Varsity Tennis team for three years and is now part of the Varsity Wrestling team. Ansley is also a wrestler for the Hub City Wrestling Club. She is also involved as a member of the Frenship High School National Honors Society and is a fourth-year member of the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Board.

Ansley plans on attending Texas Tech University after graduation where she would like to purse Secondary Education. She hopes to be Middle School teacher one day.

Katy Locke

Katy has been a part of the Frenship family since her elementary years. She is currently involved in the Pharmacy Tech program at Frenship High School and is a member of HOSA.

Katy hopes to go to college to purse a career as a pharmacy technician.

Katy lives by the classic inspirational quote, “Live, laugh, love.”

Emileigh Thomas

Emileigh has been a Frenship Tiger since the eighth grade. She currently serves as the Frenship High School Varsity Cheer Capitan. She said she loves helping out her community and being able to go to Frenship elementary schools to be positive role model for students.

Emileigh plans to attend Texas Tech University where she wants to study Marketing.

Emileigh loves this quote from Harry Styles, “Treat people with kindess!”

Christa Vasquez

Christa has been a Tiger since Pre-K! She is currently involved in the Frenship High School Theater Program and is part of the FHS Wrecking Crew.

Christa hopes to attend Cosmetology College after graduation from FHS in the Spring.

Christa lives by the quote from Snoop Dogg, “There will be smiles and frowns, ups and downs.”
