Sponsor Deana Luning said BPA prepares students for their futures in the business world.
“They are given opportunities to compete in things that interest them and that can help them make decisions about their futures before thinking about college or trade schools,” Luning said. “BPA offers everything from Finance to Business Administration and Communication, Management Information Systems to Health Administration, and Digital Communication. There is something for just about everyone.”
Luning said she is impressed with her team, especially their drive and work ethic.
“They have worked hard on their own time to build their presentations and practice so that when it came time to record their submissions, it was easy,” Luning said. “They have a drive to be successful, especially since some of them have been given the opportunity to go to nationals, even though COVID is preventing us from making that trip.”
Luning said that even though this is her first year as the Frenship High School BPA Sponsor, she is proud of her teams accomplishments.
“I truly hope that next year is back to normal and we get to experience the in person aspect of BPA,” Luning said. “I hope those that joined BPA , or any organization for that matter, are successful in their future endeavors.”
