The Frenship Boys Wrestling team won 12 of 17 matches against Amarillo High and defeated Estacado 72-18.

The Frenship Girls Wrestling team defeated Estacado in a battle down to the wire, 27-24.

Head Wrestling Coach, Clinton Wood, said the meet was awesome to witness.

“It was so much fun to wrestle in the Tiger Pit,” Wood said. “It was great to honor our three seniors, Meghan Ramos, JL Espach, and Kaiden Womack at the pit, all of them winning matches on their special night.”

The Frenship Wrestling team will compete again in a Quad Meet at the FHS Ninth Grade Center on Saturday. March 27 starting at 10:00 a.m. Spectators must purchase tickets online to attend. Tickets are available for purchase HERE beginning March 25 at 12:00 p.m.
