Tiger Boys Basketball Headed to a Regional Quarterfinal Showdown

Amarillo Tascosa and Odessa High lost in the Bi-District round and Odessa Permian will face Arlington Martin Tuesday evening.

The Tigers scratched and clawed their way past the Haltom Buffalos on Friday night at Abilene Wylie High School to win the Area Championship 60-53. You can read a recap of that game from Randy Rosetta with Hub City Preps HERE.

The Tigers will face the Arlington Bowie Volunteers March 3 at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas at 7:30 p.m. The Volunteers are 20-9 on the season, their 9-6 record finished fourth in District 4-6A as the top three teams of North Crowley, Martin, and Lamar tied with 14-2 district records. The Vols have reached this point by taking down LD Bell in the Bi-District round 85-69 and then smoking El Paso Franklin 86-52 in the Area Round.
